Tim and Chris are native to the Kansas City area and started their business over 25 years ago. Their excellent customer service has fueled their growth from a small mowing business to a full-service Landscape and Tree Service company.
We are bonded and insured. We also maintain General Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance.

Irrigation Manager
Dusty Gulick
For over 20 years Dusty has been designing, installing and maintaining irrigation systems throughout Kansas City for both commercial and residential properties. He is a Certified Landscape Irrigation auditor and Certified Backflow Inspector.
Landscape Manager
Paula McCollum
Paula joined our team in 2020 as our Landscape Manager and has over 30 years experience in the landscape industry. She has an extensive background in outdoor lighting, landscape design / installation, project management and understands the importance of client retention.
Tree Division Manager
Nichole Salsbury
Nichole has joined Smith Brothers in 2026 and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience. With her background in arboriculture, she will be heading our tree division. She is ready to consult our clients about tree care and best practices.

Office Operations Manager
Jordan Valkar
Jordan joined Smith Brothers in 2025 and will be a valuable addition to our team. He will be taking charge of office operations as a leadership role. With his industry experience he will help provide stronger communication, best practices to help meet customer needs and overall customer service while supporting management roles.
